For 2016 CariFin is expanding our content creation team we are looking for a more as it happens, fresh of the press, up to date, community driven, more socially oriented content gathering style.
Are you savvy with a cell phone and carries it with you everywhere you go.
Are you comfortably on social media and can function efficiently on Facebook, twitter, Pinterest and Instagram as well as post a blog. (Which can be done even from an email.)
If you do possess the above here is the personality that goes with it The CariFin Citizen journalist is a person who is excited to be on the field where the news is happening and capture the news and the moment and get it to the CariFin audience via our network.
They also probably had some experience in working with their school newslewtter, have a personal blog, has a pleasing voice, understand how to operate modern phone camera and upload stuff to the web.
This will give him or her that unique opportunity to be part of our production team that takes news and information as well as exclusives to the CariFin and national audience as well via our portals.

Skill set needed:
Journalist skills and instincts, some who like to capture the latest news that is happening, like to take photographs, have an eye for a story, have a go at writing, audio journalist, video journalist, interviewing skills, social media skills (facebook, twitter, Pinterest, bloggers, video and audio editor, wordpress skills

So what’s the big idea here?
The idea is to be on the ball with all the teams of CariFin 2016 (approximately 10) and the top performers in the sector. (RBC, CBTT, RBL, FCB, Guardian Group, Unit Trust, Sagicor, Grace Kennedy, Scotiabank)
