going_downThis is the inaugural CariFin Fun Cruise event of the 23 Edition of CariFin Games, we had 10 weeks of CariFin competition which included the Torch Relay, three Urban Challenge running events including the dreaded Chancellor Hill, Cricket, Football and All Fours, and a day of novelty events, cross country, runs and walk. In the process we discovered new CariFin stars and champions. This Fun Cruise is the opportune time to cool down and meet up with your CariFin Friends and colleagues. On this Fun Cruise we hope you can approach your favorite CariFin personality or participants and share a light moment, find out their CariFin History, exploits, experience, achievements as you groove and move to some scintillating music.

In talking time CariFin Games cross country winner John Donaldson of First Citizens he also agree that having a cool down or get together is important as it allows the more successful and experienced participants to mix with the newbies or people who are just developing sporting skills. This is a marvelous opportunity for sharing valuable tips on various technical matters, as well as people getting to meet people in CariFin who have been participating a while and believe in the principle of Fun, Fitness & Friendship. This is just great we should of have this before.

Ruth Frazer-Munroe an age group winner and long standing participant says, “We train and compete hard, let’s play hard!”
