Overall Female winner Stacey anne Jack said while she trains hard, the real credit behind her success goes to God, the support and encouragement of her family, friends, First Citizens family and her fitness group Precision Fitness TT.
A lover of a challenge, Jack said those who don’t know her would often assume that she is a very serious and quiet person, when she is in fact, the complete opposite.
She also has a deep sense of service to the community, engaging in charitable work and assisting people in whatever way possible.
“When you get to know me you would see that I’m a fun, loving, bubbly and humble individual.”
Another fun fact about Jack: she calls herself a weird eater.
She’s also a twin!
Speaking about her category win, Jack said she feels great about the victory having worked hard and invested time in training.
“I feel great about the win. What can I say I reaped the benefits I sowed!”
On the training side of things, she said she pushed herself to better her performance by setting goals to break her personal best records.
“I set goals to do better than my times last year. So, I began running 5ks and marathons at the beginning of the year and also began training on evenings and weekends except for Fridays.”
Congratulations to Stacey Anne Jack!
